Visual Impact Production Services, LLC provides visual production services including but not limited to filming, photography, live streaming, and post-production editing. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your project proposal or contract.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Visual Impact Production Services, LLC reserves the right to pause work or withhold deliverables if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
The client agrees to provide necessary access to locations, stakeholders, and project assets required to perform the services. Delays in providing these assets may impact project timelines.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to all creative content produced specifically for them. Visual Impact Production Services, LLC retains the rights to general methodologies, templates, and know-how used to deliver the services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
